At Garden-Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water feature; if your fountain isn't the perfect fit for your landscape, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been installed or filled with water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fountain

  Carefully disassemble the unit and pack all components, including pumps and hardware, into the original protective foam and crates to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large stone basins.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
